Parking & Access

There's street parking on Commercial Drive and we've got a small lot behind the building. Enter through the main bay doors on the east side - if they're closed, just ring the bell and someone'll come get ya.

Got Questions Before You Come In?

Here's what most folks ask us before their first visit.

Do you work on all European brands?

Pretty much. We specialize in German marques like BMW, Audi, Mercedes, and Porsche, but we've worked on everything from Volvos to Alfas. If it's European and you're in Vancouver, chances are we can handle it.

How much does a typical service cost?

Honest answer? Depends on what's wrong. We do free estimates for most jobs though. Our hourly rate's competitive and we'll always call before doing work that wasn't discussed. No surprise bills here.

Do I need an appointment?

For scheduled work, yeah - helps us plan our day. But if you've got an urgent issue, just call and we'll see what we can do. We're pretty flexible and hate turning people away.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, debit, all major credit cards, and e-transfers work for us. We can also direct bill some insurance companies for collision work - just ask when you book.
